Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in New Braunfels, TX, this opportunity seeks two Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 school setting. This is a contract position for the current school year (CSY), offering both full-time and part-time roles with on-site responsibilities across various grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across K-12 grades, including both elementary and high school populations
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and professional standards
- Manage split caseloads for the part-time and full-time positions, ensuring effective time and caseload management
Qualifications:
- Valid professional license in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads including elementary and high school students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educational teams
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy services
Location: New Braunfels, TX (on-site)
Hours:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
